They are the founders of U Rock Girl, a health and wellness website for women, providing recipes, wellness information, fitness videos, products, and courses to nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
They have written numerous articles and meal plans for Clean Eating Magazine, Oxygen magazine, and ACEfitness.com, and are the authors of two cookbooks, No Excuses! 50 Healthy Ways to ROCK Breakfast! and No Excuses! 50 Ways to ROCK Lunch and Dinner!
