SHAERIE MEAD
Shaerie Mead is the owner of Sew L.A., a sewing classroom and creative workspace located in Los Angeles. She’s been teaching people how to sew since 2005, has run small businesses for her entire adult life, and has recently put her 18+ years of fitting & patternmaking experience to use by creating a line of Sew L.A. sewing patterns. Every once in awhile she gets to sew something for herself! In between writing classes, developing patterns, choosing fabric, scheduling everything and filling the thread cabinet, she enjoys spending time with her husband Josh, their son Lux and their grumpy cats.
