Scott Sonnon Here’s a winner If I was completely unfamiliar with the CST protocol and system, or if I had never heard of it. Scott Sonnon This DVD series, which includes kettlebells and before, would be a great place start.
I previously reviewed Prasara Instructional DVD and stated that Coach Sonnon The teaching/coaching method reminded me of a bicycle chain. Each link is connected to the previous one. To move the bike, all links must work together. His instructions are thorough but not dull or repetitive. This was the first time I understood it. Foundation Series. After reviewing, perusing, and then watching intently, each DVD was followed in order. All details, warnings, and the why and how explanations provided me with a solid foundation from which to explore this amazing exercise tool. (Hence, the series’ name). Kettlebell FOUNDATION

This is the first program that I have found that outlines a sequence for compensatory cooling.-down. It follows the same logic of Intu-You can flow by starting from the head down and working your way to the center. However, instead of priming the joints, you are releasing tension. It takes only 5 minutes to learn the sequence. It was a major problem for me to release the tension that I had built up and I am glad I finally learned how to do it.
It also has the added benefit of allowing joint mobility to reach areas that are not covered by the Intu-The Flow DVDs are not like that and will help me relax and restore my mobility. The yoga poses are a great way to improve your Prasara practice. I had been practicing Iyengar Hatha yoga for many years and was able jump into CST’s Prasara. But, I wondered if I could have done it the first time. This is not the case with this program. This program is not only great for those who have been doing it for some time, but would also make a good introduction point for new practitioners.
I can be a wind in your sails-Bag at times, and I haven’t even mentioned the kettlebell methods. Let’s just admit that I thought I knew how they were lifted. Although my RKC coach was kind enough to compliment me on my technique, I now have many things to improve my efficiency. –Conor Alexander
