Dr. Smith is a board certified Psychiatrist by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry. Dr. Smith worked as the sole psychiatrist in Washington County, Maine, for five years before pursuing other opportunities. He is currently clinically active at the State Psychiatric Hospital in Concord, New Hampshire. He serves on the Maine Board of Osteopathic Licensure and is the Clerkship Director of Psychiatry for the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology with an emphasis on neuropsychology. He holds a post-graduate diploma from Massey University (New Zealand) in narrative practices.
