The focus will be placed on building quality reflexive control of the midline through applied neuroscience strategies, build quality force sharing/generation capabilities through the upper & lower limbs, and offer ways to increase the interaction between these layers to improve our movement capacity. You will get 50+ movement strategies to immediately implement with your clients. This is a fantastic course to integrate with your current performance-based approaches to ensure your clients/athletes maintain a high movement capacity in all environments.CEUs:We know being approved for continuing education credits is incredibly important to know our content is up to date, credible and allow your employers to reimburse you.
