Fierce Relaxation Is a four-week, online class intended to support men and women using Dr. Robert Glover’s program for recovering Nice Guys. Fierce Relaxation This is especially true for women and men who experience anxiety that may be interfering in their recovery process.
I am Roger NixI am a Certified No More Mr. Nice Guys Coach. I am also a recovering Nice Guy. For most of my life, I have struggled with severe anxiety. I know how life can be limited by anxiety.
I will share practical, nontechnical information with you about how to deal with fear and chronic anxiety that can limit your ability to recover and achieve the life you desire.
The tools of Fierce Relaxation You will learn how to control your anxiety and shift your focus from external validation to you-validation. These tools have helped me and many others. They can be of great help to you, too.

How the Class Works

Lessons
Register for Fierce RelaxationYou will be sent a link to the class resource page. Each week, a new lesson is added to the class page after the course starts. Most lessons will be presented via a written format. “lecture,” From there, you can download and print the lessons. You will also find audio and video recordings to supplement the lessons.
Lessons will help you to understand the subject and yourself. They will help you to apply the information in a practical and manageable way to your daily life. Each lesson will have discussion questions that encourage personal reflection and interaction between classmates via the online forum. You will be able to apply the information to your own life through homework assignments.
Forums for Class Discussion
The class resource page will have a discussion section for each lesson. Class members can post their questions and homework assignments. Class members will be encouraged to read and respond to each other’s posts.

The course will be powerful because of the mutual support, modeling and accountability that this interaction creates. Most people fail to make a change in their lives when they try to do it alone and only use a few tools. You will find support and help online by other people who understand your situation. They will expand on the idea of “what one man can do, another man can do.”
The class members will have access to the online forums for 12 more months after they start.
Instructor Q&A Forum
The class will also have an online Q&A forum where class members can ask Roger Nix Questions relating to the lessons. Roger Nix Regular office hours will be held at least twice a weeks, where he will answer these questions.
Live Q&A Sessions
One interactive discussion session will be held during the course. Roger Nix. The Q&A session will last about an hour and will provide a forum for asking any question relating to the course. The class resource page will display the date and times. You can post questions ahead of time if you are unable to attend the session. The Q&A session will be recorded and posted in the class library.
Class Library
This class will have its own library. Roger Nix We will post resources on the topic, including podcasts and videos, recordings of interviews, book suggestions, and article hyperlinks. This library will be a valuable resource for class members who want to use course information and put their ideas into practice.
You can work at your own pace by reading the lessons and then logging into the class forum to post and read at any time. Participation will be possible from any location.
To ensure maximum attention and maximum benefit, the course is limited only to 100 students.

Roger For more than twenty years, he was a realty developer-Five years. After many years of counseling men in groups and as a layperson, he was made a full-time counselor in 2008-time life coach.
Roger Over 20 years of expertise in the treatment of anxiety and addiction issues. He became a Certified Practitioner in 2011. “No More Mr. Nice Guy” coach. Roger Co-worked directly with Dr. Robert Glover.-leading men’s groups.
Roger He has personal experience with anxiety, addiction, and co.-dependency. He has successfully integrated healthy living and dealing with the issues we all face. Roger It is committed to supporting men in their journey to discover their authentic self.
Roger He currently resides in Seattle/Bellevue. He teaches workshops and conducts workshops.-line classes and leads men’s groups throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Roger He graduated from Eastern Arizona College with a degree and studied Psychology at Antioch University, Seattle. He graduated from the Coaches Training Institute in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
