Charles Smutny III, DO Related seminars and products: 1 Dr. Charles J. Smutny III is currently an Assistant Professor of Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine at the Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine.  He is board certified in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Osteopathy.  He graduated from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine with honors 1994 completing the 5-year undergraduate fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.  He carries a Certificate of Proficiency in Osteopathy in the Cranial Field and holds licensure in Acupuncture through the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA 2001.
