He completed a rotating internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine – Midwestern University and a fellowship in Renal Disease and Hypertension at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Baldwin is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and as a Medical Examiner by the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners. He is also certified as a Specialist in Clinical Hypertension by the American Society of Hypertension.During his twenty-plus years in private practice in Columbus, Ohio, he was actively involved in all medical education levels.
