out the ideal foods to eat daily
4) Building Your Nutritional Plan
– I will take you through the step by step process that you will be able to do on your own in setting up a nutritional plan specifically for your goals. I will give you three examples of different clients with three different goals and how I go about
building out their diet plan that you can easy replicate for yourself.
