Kaylin Richardson
Kaylin Richardson is a 10-year U.S. Ski Team veteran, two-time Olympian, and four-time National Alpine Champion. After retiring from the World Cup in 2010, Kaylin fell even deeper in love with the sport when she discovered backcountry skiing. As a big-mountain skier, Kaylin won the Freeskiing World Tour North American Championship in 2012, and has been featured in six Warren Miller Entertainment films. Kaylin is a writer, speaker, commentator, and television host, as seen on VH1, NBC Sports, and The Weather Channel. Kaylin’s love for skiing, which started on the hills of Minnesota, continues to grow on the slopes of her current home mountain of Deer Valley Resort and beyond. She’s committed to protecting the sport and encouraging people to find their own adventure. Her life philosophy is “laugh often.â€
Eric Lipton
Eric Lipton is a professional skier and three-time member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America’s National Alpine Team. As one of the nation’s top instructors of instructors, Eric dedicates his winters to teaching and coaching around the world, and sharing his passion for skiing with recreational skiers, racers, and fellow instructors. Eric has been skiing since the age of 3 and teaching skiing for over 20 years. He honed his skills as a collegiate ski racer before joining the National Alpine team in 2008. He’s a frequent contributor to skiing outlets and publications, including SKI Magazine, and has recently worked with the U.S. Ski Team on skill development and mechanics.
