He is a graduate of AT Still University, Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. He is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Obesity Medicine Association. Dr. Puckett is the Chief Medical Officer of Complete Family Medicine, a practice he founded and grew to over 20 providers serving seven communities in Northeast Missouri, which is now a part of Hannibal Regional Healthcare System. Dr. Puckett enjoys practicing full-spectrum Family Medicine and providing Obesity Medicine Consults. He is active in the community serving on a variety of boards and advisory committees. He is an avid teacher, nearly always having a healthcare student work alongside him. Dr. Puckett is married to Kylene and has four children, ages 9-14. Together they are active in their faith community and enjoy traveling and exploring new places. He especially enjoys SCUBA diving with his two oldest sons and wife.
