He has been involved in infrastructure planning and implementation projects ranging from the Department of Justice sponsored NCAtrak abused and exploited children’s data system to multiple HRSA, FCC and USDA telemedicine grants. In addition to his CIO duties at the Rural Health Network of Oklahoma, Josh currently serves on the board of directors for the Telehealth Alliance of Oklahoma, Remote Area Medical of Oklahoma and has previously served on the institutional council of the American Telemedicine Association. Dr. Blankenship then packed her bags and moved to Cincinnati, Ohio where she completed her physical medicine and rehabilitarion residency and pediatric rehabilitation fellowship. Board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and pediatric rehabilitation medicine, Dr. Blankenship is back in Oklahoma and practicing as a pediatric physiatrist at the Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital. Avant, DO is an Oklahoma native who earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
