Joan Ellen Zweben, PhD is the founder and Executive Director of the 14th Street Clinic & Medical Group and the East Bay Community Recovery Group in Oakland, California. She has published over 55 articles and book chapters, two books, and has extensive experience as a therapist, trainer, consultant and writer in the field of addictions.
