Training Manual III – Ultra The script Series Manual is a 2 part manual.-Part manual, 12 of the 17 scripts revolve around the Ultra Depth® Relaxation script that I developed over ten years ago and have been using successfully with my personal clients. After I had completed my research, I decided that it was the right time to release these scripts and include them in the website. Ultra Depth® Process Program. Additional information is provided at the end of each script that explains how you can use each suggestion in the script to help your clients. I have included the following scripts: Astral Projection; Self-Esteem; Deep sleep; Deep healing; Stress control; Motivation; Concentration; Focus; Memory Enhancement. Sports Enhancement. Stop Smoking – three scripts. Awareness Integration; two powerful self-hypnosis scripts with imbedded fractionation; RD Longacher’s, “Hypno-Depth Meter” Technique that can be used by your client to gain feedback on how deep he might be. These two advanced self techniques are new.-For use with difficult subjects, hypnosis conditioning scripts have fractionation embedded within them. A colleague of mine once told me that I had been told that in the past. “Progressive Relaxations are not all that great because you cannot use fractionation with them to gain depth.” So I decided to show it to an adult hypnosis course class that I was teaching at a Virginia community college. It was my turn as the last exercise of the night. My colleague was left speechless when I finally emerged everyone. I joked to her that we were leaving college that evening. “You’re right, you cannot do fractionation with a progressive.” Her response was ” “Alright smarty, so you proved me wrong.”
