My entire body used to be a mess. In 2011 it was so tight that I was on the verge of surgery for my messed up hips.
As you can see from the pictures/videos on this page, that all changed!
I want to share the secrets of fixing pain and injuries that I’ve learned from going from hips so tight they almost needed surgery, to being able to do the splits in every direction.
