A few viral hits later and Doc knew he needed to bring this style of simplified education, entertainment, and movement to the masses.From virality, MoveU was born in 2016, launching our flagship, tried and true, Total Body Program which continues to help tens of thousands of Muver’s today.In 2020, our Team began to further refine our flagship Program and thus our body region Courses were added to our roster to help those with specific injuries and interests: Low Back and Core, Hip, and Pelvic Floor.
