Chady Dunmore
Chady Dunmore grew up with a love of sports and fitness, despite battling a kidney disease and a mild case of lupus. After giving birth to her daughter, Chady weighed more than 200 pounds and was unhappy mentally and physically. But she regrouped and learned all she could about nutrition and fitness. In two years she went from overweight and unhappy to becoming a champion bikini competitor and fitness cover model. Today she is a holistic nutritionist and trainer, and resides in Sacramento, CA, with her daughter, Sofia.
