Bliss: Beginner’s Tantra – Laurie Handlers
In the course, we will cover:
​what Tantra is and is not.
​how it relates to Hatha Yoga.
You will:
​activate, clear and balance the Chakras (energy centers) of the body.
​learn to work with your intentions to manifest what you desire.
​learn 6000 year old Egyptian, Indian, and Tibetan practices that teach our bodies to expand to more pleasure and agelessness.
​learn and practice three forms of emotional release.
​discover sex techniques and conscious connection (learn what to do at home; i.e. breathing eye gazing, yab yum).
​learn to move in the unknown – Latihan.
​be initiated into Cobra Breath.
Basically, our Tantra work at Butterfly Workshops goes very deep. We do emotional release sessions as well as intention sessions. We look at people’s inability for permission for anything like love, pleasure, abundance, health. We say, there’s a direct connection with the 2nd Chakra (energy center) and the 5th. If you do not have permission to speak and get what you want, you probably have no permission to experience pleasure. And visa versa. So, where is the blockage? We work on both ends literally.
In Bliss, our day-long beginner’s intensive, we set people up to look at the pleasure question and give many practices to have people start to really see what’s up in their lives. It’s all about the individual so partners are not required. In one day, you get a sense of whether or not you want to pursue Tantra as a possible spiritual path or if you just had a good time and now know something about Tantra and the ancient practices.
You’ll learn to:
​prolong and deepen lovemaking – generating/containing more sexual energy.
​transmute sexual energy to rejuvenate the body, stimulate creativity and reverse the aging process.
​really be present to yourself and your Beloved (or future Beloved).
​discover that you are the creator of your reality and experience.
​transform your reality – manifest your Soul’s intentions.
