In this course, we will identify the creative patterns of Erickson (and others) and then bring them to life through demonstration and experiential exercises. We will expand our lenses (ways of viewing), strengthen our muscles (ways of doing), and foster greater flexibility (ways of being).Educational Objectives: Describe the psychoaerobic system.
