Women’s circuit training expert and seven-time Oxygen cover model, Amber Dodzweit Riposta believes women are power, and she leverages this power with her unique style of training to unleash the inner athlete in you. Her program offers a full-spectrum approach to female transformation, renovating your body as well as your mind and your psyche and giving you the strength to do whatever you want, in the gym and in your life!
Each of the three 30-day phases in this program builds on the last for a safe, effective progression, and a workout experience that will leave you spent but empowered. Coach Amber’s workouts take less than an hour to complete, and because they use minimal equipment, they can be done anywhere, anytime by anyone of any fitness level.
Coach Amber believes in fueling the body for performance, not in depleting it and leaving it weak. You will learn how to eat for performance, strength, leanness and life! With her holistic approach, coach Amber will teach you that you are far more than a body and that progress takes infinite forms. Amber Dodzweit Riposta

Amber Dodzweit Riposta is an All-American collegiate track and field athlete, a national champion professional tackle football player and a 13-time fitness cover model — including seven Oxygen magazine covers. She created Built For Her — an online women’s athletic club in 2014 to teach women how to find freedom and a deeper sense of purpose through athletic training and empowerment. Though she was raised in a missionary family in the Congo for her childhood years, the family later relocated to New York. Amber lives in Stockton Springs, Maine with her husband, holistic nutritionist Andrew Riposta, and their four fur babies, where they are busy getting back to basics and connecting with nature.
