Dr. Haynes earned his medical degree at Lake Eric College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in Erie, PA, and completed his undergraduate degree at Hope College in Holland, Ml. He completed his residency at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, OH. Currently, Dr. Haynes is finishing his MBA at the Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis, IN.
