Although it is helpful to have already attended Classroom Microcycles, it is not required. In this course you will learn about periodization strategies. You’ll learn about how to plan and develop coherent training plans based on classic strategies and combinations. You’ll learn to utilize weakness correction and autoregulation principles at a higher level.The “Mesocycles” class begins in April and October. It includes eleven 30-minute lessons over the course of three months. The lessons will be in the form of videos recorded for your class and distributed according to the schedule below.
