The terminology and approach to objective assessment and treatment of angular limb deformities initially presented by Paley and adapted for veterinary patients by Fox and Tomlinson (CORA technique) will be presented to give a solid foundation for the following two seminars which are more clinically based. What you’ll learn:The causes of angular limb deformitiesThe consequences of angular limb deformitiesWhen deformities should be considered for surgical correctionAn overview of how an angular limb deformity is approached, including terminology pertinent to CORA technique, and an approach to surgical planning.  Angular limb deformities of the hind limbThis seminar will present some of the more frequently encountered deformities affecting the bones of the canine hind limb. Deformities of the distal femur and proximal tibia are commonly associated with patellar luxation. Therefore this condition will be covered in some detail, including aetiology and surgical management, giving a deeper understanding of its treatment. What you’ll learn:The relevance of femoral and tibial deformities, particularly in respect to patellar luxationAn approach to correction of femoral and/or tibial deformitiesOptions for fixation of the femur and tibia following deformity correctionThe prognosis following femoral and/or tibial deformity correction  Angular limb deformities of the forelimbIn this seminar we will discuss the relatively common antebrachial angular limb deformities. Antebrachial deformity is frequently seen in chondrodystrophic breed dogs, and the session will discuss at what stage such deformity ceases to become part of the breed norm and becomes pathological. Antebrachial deformities can also be encountered as a result of traumatic disturbance of growth in the radius and/or ulna. An approach to management of these cases is discussed. What you’ll learn:The relevance of antebrachial deformitiesWhen antebrachial deformities should be considered for surgical managementSimple and involved techniques for correction of antebrachial deformitiesThe prognosis following antebrachial deformity correctionSalepage: https://cpd-solutions.com/store/product/ms214s-canine-angular-limb-deformities-the-cutting-edge/Archive: https://archive.ph/wip/s3WgpPurchase CPD – MS214 – Canine angular limb deformities- the cutting edge courses at here with PRICE $479 $114
