Her fellowships were in Gastroenterology, Nutrition, and a Pancreatic- Biliary fellowship at the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Foxx-Orenstein has published over 60 peer-reviewed articles and has editorial and reviewer responsibilities in numerous international and national journals.
