we always have the ability to inwardly step out of powerless consciousness.  In my view, there are victims in human experience, but the underlying simultaneous spiritual reality is that each one of us always has the power to liberate our consciousness and to step into our true authentic spiritual power, and as we do that, we become a channel for healing for all on the planet.
