Dr. Stoffey spent fourteen years in the United States Army where he was trained as a diagnostic radiologist.  His military service included overseas tours in West Germany and the Republic of Korea. Following his honorable discharge, Dr. Stoffey performed a neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Texas at Houston, where his area of interest was vascular interventional procedures and neurovascular pathology.  Dr. Stoffey works for the Center of Vein Restoration in their Fort Wayne and Marion, IN, offices. Dr. Stoffey is board certified in diagnostic radiology by the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR) and the American Board of Radiology.  Additionally, he holds a certificate of added qualification in neuroradiology with the AOBR. Dr. Stoffey’s medical interests include patient safety and quality control as well as research and scientific publications.
