Angela Gargano is a three-time American Ninja Warrior competitor, fitness model, FAP fitness competitor, certified personal trainer and former NCAA gymnast. She is a fighter who has worked relentlessly to overcome an ACL tear and return to competition stronger than ever — literally crushing the American Ninja Warrior course 11 months post-surgery. She draws on her personal experiences to inspire and coach others to achieve their fitness goals and realize the transformative feeling of being both physically and mentally strong.
