How to do the Programs Together
All three programs are huge stand-alone.-You can do one of these programs alone, but you have many options to do them all together.
Option 1 Concentrate on mastering one program first before moving onto another. All programs will be available to you for life, and patience can often pay off.
Option 2 Each week, switch between the different programs. This means that you will be doing Movement 20XX week 1, Athlete 20XX week 2, and Warrior 20XX week 3.
You could also choose 2 programs and alternate between them each week. Although this option is tempting, we recommend that you stick with one program at the beginning to avoid making any changes.
Option 3 On the days between program 1 and 2, do the second program. You can, for example, do flow workouts from Movement 20XX and high intensity workouts with Warrior 20XX during the rest days.
You should make sure that you have enough rest and don’t train too hard. This is done by listening to what your body tells you.
